<p><strong>Job Description / Responsibility: </strong></p><ul><li>To identify key customers and extend personalized service.</li><li>To recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects and assessing their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with existing clients and adopt policies to welcome new clients.</li><li>Manage existing &amp; new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.</li><li>Corporate sales planning and implementation.</li><li>To look after customer queries with satisfaction, develop &amp; maintain the relationship.</li><li>Maintain after-sales official formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare a payment schedule, to prepare a deed of agreement, and signing to the client.</li><li>To be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance the team-building spirit.</li><li>Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis</li><li>Any other task assigned by Management if required. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Nature: </strong>Full-time</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Requirements: </strong>Graduation/ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><p><strong>5-8 Years in the relevant field.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Age above 30 year(s)</li><li>The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):</li><li>Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing</li><li>The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):</li><li>Real Estate, Land Developer, Development Agency</li><li>Practical knowledge of Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.</li><li>Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning &amp; execution</li><li>Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve individual set targets of selling lands</li><li>Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target to ensure larger sales volume</li><li>Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly strategic marketing plan</li><li>Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.</li><li>Good communication &amp; negotiation skills.</li><li>Ready to work under stress &amp; pressure</li><li>Must be self-motivated and dynamic.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Only Shortlisted &amp; Promising candidates will be selected for the Interview.</p>
