One of the fastest growing international industry players over a ten-year period, we market world-renowned brands and provide cutting-edge experience to our people.<br><br><strong>Position<br><br></strong>Purpose<br><br>This position is required to support &amp; coordination all People &amp; Culture activities of leaf supply Bangladesh, such as employment, talent acquisition, performance management, personnel administration, organizational design and employee services.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Focusing in the talent acquisition, talent management, to assist leaf P&amp;C Business Partner for workforce planning in alignment with People &amp; Culture practices. </li><li>Assist for recruitment, induct particularly at workmen level in line with the requirements </li><li>Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.</li><li>Assist for implementation of yearly Employee Engagement plan linked to Leaf Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively.</li><li>Assist Business Partner of Innovate Program for Leaf organization, ensuring Innovate program compliance by leading the program and providing proper procedure and interpretation to assist the participation of Leaf employees. </li><li>Assist for proper implementation of People &amp; Culture related processes in responsible areas of Leaf and acting as a representative of management and employees regarding all related day-to-day issues and questions, coordinating all personnel administration activities.</li><li>Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation. </li><li>Any other reports as and when required by the BP-Leaf and follow up other duties assigned by management.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualification &amp; Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or any related areas.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience as HR generalist in multinationals and capable to handle large number workforce. Factory level experience will get preferred.</li><li>Excellent Proficiency level of Bengali and English languages (Both Oral &amp; Written).</li><li>Very good communication and coordination skills. Experienced in recruitment, performance management, employee welfare, HRIS, HR cost tracking &amp; billing, organizational design, knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act.</li></ul>
